Stop guessing why you lose. Examine the evidence.
OTIS reads your real broker history and grades every trade you ever made. Not a journal you have to keep. A post-mortem of what already happened.
No predictions. No signals. Just the numbers you cannot see while you are in the trade.
Bring the history from the platform you already trade on
Export a file, or link your Scholar Number. Whatever you already have is enough.
THE QUESTIONS YOUR STATEMENT CANNOT ANSWER
Pick the one that has been bothering you
Every one of these is in the free diagnosis. Nothing here is held back for a paid tier.
THE PROBLEM
Your journal stores trades. It never grades them.
You already have the data. Every entry, every exit, every fill is sitting in your broker's export right now. What you do not have is the verdict. Was that a good trade that lost, or a bad trade that won? You genuinely cannot tell from a profit and loss column.
Most journals make you type it all in by hand, tag your own emotions and grade your own homework. The trader who broke the rule is the same one deciding whether the rule got broken.
Your opinion never gets asked. The market around every trade you made is reconstructed from data, and the verdict comes back with the reasoning attached.
HOW IT WORKS
From your broker file to real answers
Bring your history
Export from the platform you already trade on and drop the file in, or link your Scholar Number. Months of trading in one go, and no daily logging afterwards.
Every trade gets autopsied
The market gets rebuilt around each fill: how far it ran in your favour, how much you gave back, the structure and regime you traded into, and where you actually got out.
Read your report card
Two scores, twelve graded axes and a plain-English verdict on every single trade. You see the pattern rather than a pile of numbers.
YOUR REPORTThe thirty-second version of the truth
You're a better trader than your account shows.
Here's the proof, and the one fix.
On your busiest day you took 52 trades against a typical 12.
It's the engine behind your costliest leak: the Unclassified Loss it produces cost you −$12,716 across 145 trades. Fix this one first and the rest follows.
This is the lynchpin: close it and the rest gets easier.
The public demo report, an anonymized real book read end to end. Yours is built the same way, from your own fills.
PERFORMANCE
Where your money is made, and where it goes
Every breakdown tags the clear winner as your leader and the quiet drain as your drag. Each row opens into the trades behind it.
THE TWELVE AXES
Two questions every trader has to answer
Each axis is graded independently, A+ to F, with the reasoning and the trades behind it. You can be A+ on one and F on another, which is the point. You read the pattern, not one letter.
Is the strategy right?
Six axes read from your outcomes against the market context that was actually there.
- DirectionWhen you enter, does price actually go your way?
- Trend FollowingDo your trades line up with where the market is already heading?
- In Sync With the SessionAre you trading the way today's session is actually behaving?
- Banking Your WinnersWhen you are right, how much of the move do you keep?
- Cutting Your LosersWhen you are wrong, do you get out before the full loss?
- Edge ConsistencyDoes your edge repeat across markets and time, or just a few spots?
Do you execute it?
Six axes read from your fills alone. Never a questionnaire, never a self-rating.
- Composure After LossesDoes your trading change after a losing streak?
- Revenge TradingDo losses pull you back in faster than wins?
- Steady Position SizeIs your size consistent, or all over the place?
- OvertradingDo you have blowout days where the trade count explodes?
- Sizing Up After WinsDo you bet bigger right after a win, the greed trap?
- Psychology ConsistencyDoes your execution hold up no matter when you trade?
The worst axis in your focus area wears a gold ribbon, so the one thing to fix first is unmistakable. More on The Split
READING THE MARKET ITSELF
Stand on the right side of the trend
This is the part that stops being a mirror of your trades and becomes a read on the market. For every instrument you trade, you get the regime it is in now and which way the context is leaning, before you risk a dollar on it.
What this market is doing right now
Every instrument you trade gets a tile: the regime, how confident the read is, how it has divided its history, what your own book has done in it, and the Oracle's call for the next session.
Six regimes, each with its own colour: Crash, High Vol, Bear, Neutral, Bull, Euphoria.
Read down a column and you learn how that session behaves. Read across a row and you get the shape of a single day.

Real NQ data to 21 September 2026, not an illustration. Colour intensity is the model's confidence in that session. B is printed for both Bull and Bear, so colour separates them: green is Bull, orange is Bear. A blank cell has no classification on file. The tile beside it says MNQ because the model is fit on the full-size contract and micro traders are read against it.
The same-day directional read
It rides on the tile above as a chip, and it is scored as one of the seven context signals on every trade you take, so you find out afterwards whether you traded with it or against it.
Its quality page does not print a headline accuracy figure next to the signal, because a bare hit rate reads as a promise. It gives you the measurement with its sample beside it:
- Overall hit rate, with the number of predictions it was evaluated on
- A tier, rather than a raw percentage on its own
- Hit rate split out for UP calls and DOWN calls separately
- Predictions, hits and hit rate per direction, as a table
Filled in from your own instruments once your history is imported.
What this instrument tends to do
Daily range statistics and initial-balance completion, read from the session shapes themselves rather than from a description of the market.
What this market tends to do before you risk anything on it, so the size you choose is a decision rather than a habit:
- Average daily range, and the same figure over the last twenty days
- How often a day exceeds the range of the day before it
- The number of days the read is built on
- Initial Balance breakdown, with the count of sessions classified
Filled in from your own instruments once your history is imported.
MONEY LEFT ON THE TABLE
What if you had held a little longer?
Every trade you took is re-measured at four fixed horizons past your exit, on five-minute closes. You see what holding would have added or cost per trade, and how often it would have helped at all. You stop wondering whether you cut your winners short. You find out, in dollars, on your own book.
It is broken out per instrument as well, because micros and minis are sized differently and the same move in points is a different number of dollars.
INSIDE A SINGLE TRADE
It knows what you never wrote down
Open any trade, anywhere, and you get its full autopsy: the story of why it won or lost in plain English before a single number, then the evidence underneath.
Where you entered in the structure
Your trade drawn on the chart with premium, equilibrium and discount zones marked, plus break of structure and order blocks. Flip the timeframe from one minute to four hours.
How far it ran, and what you gave back
How far the trade went in your favour, the worst point it reached against you, how much of the favourable move you handed back, and where price went in the hour after you left.
Entry, exit, direction, composite
A verdict from A+ to F on each, with its own short reasoning, so a good trade that lost is never confused with a bad trade that won.
And the seven context flows, each scored as supporting your trade, fighting it, or neutral. The pattern gets read out loud, so you learn trade by trade what being in alignment actually looks like.
Mixed but favorable. Three signals aligned against two opposed, so you took this one with partial backing.
Filled bands: Premium · Equilibrium · Discount. Dashed: BOS, CHoCH. Rectangles: Bullish OB / Bearish OB. Duration: 13m · showing 5-minute candles.

These five rows are the real ones from the public demo report. The same table flips to Most Expensive, which draws from your costliest loss cluster rather than your worst single day. Every row opens the full autopsy.
The whole row, sortable
Time, instrument, direction, size, entry and exit price, profit, how far it ran for and against you, how deep it went underwater, its four grades and the one-word verdict. Every row opens the full autopsy.
The shape of your whole book
How your Entry, Exit, Direction and Composite grades stack up across every trade at a glance. The wider the green, the more strong trades, and the pattern is visible before you read a single row.
One freak trade never defines you
A broker-error loss or an overtrading blowout gets auto-flagged and held out of your aggregates, so your grades reflect typical trading. If it was legitimate, you restore it in one click.
THE ACTION PLAN
The diagnosis becomes something you do on Monday
A report that names your leak and stops there has handed you a problem. The Action Plan turns the named pattern into a dated, daily protocol: what to do before the open, what to watch during the session, and what to review when you close the platform.
▸ ritual
● Activate your crew: pop your crew's symbol and hand it today's focus.
● Confirm the rule: the one control, every entry.
▾ what OTIS sees in today's fills
You mark the day before the fills are read, so the answer on record is yours. The book either agrees with you or it does not, and you see which.
Five ways to mark a day, and only one of them is a clean session. Sitting out counts. Freezing counts. Breaking your rule and saying so counts, because the run you are building is a run of honest marks and not a run of good days.
A focus for the session ahead
One thing to hold, drawn from your own leak rather than a general principle, with priming audio for the walk to the desk if you want it.
A review against what you actually did
Your day read back against the axis you are working, so the loop closes on measurement instead of on memory.
A chain you can see
The days link into a run you can watch build, with the protocol escalating as the axis moves and a re-grade at day thirty that says plainly whether it did.
THE COACHING CONSOLE
For the person holding you accountable
If you work with a coach, they get their own surface built for accountability rather than a read-only copy of yours. Three lenses, and one edge-finder underneath them.
What to lean into
The rules and setups where you have proven edge, so a session can start from something that is working rather than from the damage.
What it is costing
Your flagged patterns ranked by impact, each with its severity, its measurement and a plain interpretation.
What is worth testing next
The hypotheses the data hints at but has not confirmed, kept separate from the findings so the two never get confused.
Thousands of context combinations get scanned, instrument by regime, instrument by session, regime by session, instrument by event, to surface the pockets where you genuinely win, statistically validated rather than lucky, alongside the anti-edges quietly funding your losses. Each pocket drills into your real exemplar trades and the look-alikes that lost.
Alongside it sit Teachable Moments, real trades from your own book chosen to illustrate each grade, and a Next Rung card on every axis laying out what the next grade up looks like and what closing the gap would be worth.
WHAT YOU CAN TAKE WITH YOU
Three reads, for three different moments
The whole diagnosis, in order
The one thing to fix first with its measurement, your headline numbers, where the money comes from and goes, what has been ruled out, your leaks priced, setup by setup, the receipts, all twelve grades, and your book without the one pattern.
The fast version
Two scores, one strength, one leak, the dollar gap and the path, in a single scroll. It validates your skill first, then names the one problem.
Written around your exact pattern
When your leak matches one of the seven archetypes, a page built from your real numbers and the psychology behind that pattern, in the language of it. When nothing matches cleanly, you get no pitch at all.
WHAT CLOSING IT IS WORTH
Your same trades, without the one pattern
Your real history replays with the trades that one habit produced closed out. Same skill, same setups, same market. The gap between the two lines is what the habit is costing you.
Your edge also gets pressure-tested on a held-out year the analysis never used, then split first half against second and quarter by quarter, so you know whether it is real or whether one hot streak is carrying the whole thing.
A second counterfactual replays the book at every possible stop level, marks the best one, and draws a line at what you actually made. One knob, turned all the way, on your own history.
Current is this account's real result. Optimized is the same history with the 145 entries that habit produced closed. The gap, $12,716, is what it cost.
WHY YOU CAN TRUST THE GRADE
Built so you can check it
- ✓Nothing is invented. Every figure is your own data or a labeled real example.
- ✓Your skill is validated first. The report opens with what is working.
- ✓Receipts everywhere. Every grade links to the trades that earned it.
- ✓Thin samples are flagged as a hint rather than a verdict.
- ✓One freak trade never distorts you. Outliers are held out, and restorable in a click.
- ✓Read-only, always. No order can be placed, no stop moved, no cent withdrawn.
Your broker file already has the answer
It takes one export. You get both scores, all twelve grades, your costliest leak priced in your own dollars, and your same book without it.
